In JMB Soft Cropper you just set the size and click once. Thats it.

Although your question is already answered I've learned more about photoshop I love 'automate' feature and creating a droplet is very easy too. That automates any set of commands that you set. Once you learn more about photoshop you will love it too.

Not trying to be a wiseass, but if you google stuff you can pretty much find any tutorial about photoshop. If you even learn photoshop halfway you can do some really great things with it.
