I need a web based e-mail. It needs some virus protection and at least 5megs of space. I'm prepared to pay around $20 a year.

I've been thinking of Excite but i heard they went bankrupt. Are there new owners.

Opinions please.

Try info.com .... not sure about their prices though, but you get like 20MB ...
