if you have to verify your epassporte account with a credit card

heres what you do:

go to western union, pickup a pre-paid credit card, load 100$ on it

enter that into epass, and thats it...

btw the card WU offers is mastercard

this is only if you dont want to get a visa or mastercard the normal way

btw...getting a CC from WU takes about 10 minutes

well it is a credit card, but it doesnt act like one

its pre-paid, so it only lets you spend what you put on it

I doubt that WU sells prepaid cards outside the US...

lets hope its just the db error and if they infact make this new policy it takes place in a week or so. so we can all get our cash out/or pay bills w/out cc

alot of people dont want credit cards simply so they dont spend more money than they have, whats wrong with that?
