Here in sunny southern ca its mostly beautiful all year round. I wouldnt trade it to live anywhere in the world. This is how I see it.

The only depressing part is if you look to the west over the mountains you can barely notice the yellow fucking smog of California...Comment

Southern Cali beach is nice but it sucks compared to South Florida.
Southrn Cali:
1. Water is too cold. Nobody besides little children can enjoy the water without a wetsuit.
2. Girls don't wear bikinis because it's too cold and windy most of the time.
3. Smog and pollution from the worst traffic congestion on the planet.
4. No snorkeling no reefs... the water is polluted. I hardly ever see people swimming, waterskiiing, sail boarding, surfing, etc... In South Florida everyone is in the water doing shit.
5. Parking sucks in Socal -- you can't even pull your car up to the beach -- and in most places unless you want to walk really far you have to have a neighborhood decal.
6. Most of the beach is taken up by lame multi-million $ real-estate in SoCal.
7. Mexican chicks just aren't nearly as hot as the latin chicks in Miami!!!!!!
The women in South Florida are way hotter -- they're a lot thinner and they all have excellent tans... SoCal and South Florida -- it's like night and day w/ the women -- trust me I've lived in both. South Florida has way more hot topless women on the beach too.Comment

As for the water... sure its cold in the winter but its nice the rest of the year... Maybe it was the girls you were with that didnt wear bikinis (overweight possibly) but I see em all day long. No smog down here in NB, your thinking of LA. Plenty of snorkeling, you just have to know where to go. Not much reef though, your right. But great fish to spear. I was out on our boat yesterday and there were lots of Wave runners, water skiiers, wake boarders, surfers, swimmers, even divers.... The water is great, you must be thinking of HB's water problems... Lame multi million $ real estate? how can any multi million dollar estate be lame? The houses along the sand here are gorgeous and teh 10+ million dollar homes in the Harbor are very nice... As for the girls... just ask hugh heffner, he voted so cal as having the finest girls in the USA. He also rated our community college here in town to hold the finest girls in the nation. This was years back but I doubt much has changed in his opinion. Oh ya... and i wish there were less mexican girls around here since I find them the least appealing of all women. Never been to Miami so I cant say its not as nice as here but from what Ive seen on Miami Vice, Im over it.

I'm going to rant because I really was disappointed by LA... ;) I'll admit I haven't really explored San Diego... but north of that I didn't see anything that impressed me.
I rest my case. You've never been there. You know they flimed Baywatch in Venice Beach where i lived for almost a year and I can honestly say I only saw THREE babes rollerskating in a bikini the ENTIRE time I lived there!! Everyone stays on the boardwalk -- the beaches are literally empty almost all day except for the sleeping homeless people -- a few tourists desperate to see the ocean -- and there are actually some babes near a little area by the police station during the summer when it's not too cold or too windy.

Pretty much it's all waterfront homes and zero babes from Malibu down south except for a few in Venice, Hermosa, and Long Beach...
In South Florida you can pretty much drive right along down the beach A1A from Delray all the way to Miami... the people that live there actually have access to the beaches -- what a concept ;) PCH is a joke -- PCH is designed to keep traffic away from the wealthy waterfront property owners and you will rarely see the water along PCH except for along the cliffs in Malibu where it's pretty much deserted...Comment

The Fly is right. If you want to make a beach argument you are gonna have a hard time defending Cali over Florida. Actually South Beach alone has a higher amount of HOT chicks in Bikinis on the streets than Cali has on the beaches. I know it's hard to believe if you haven't been there but it's true. You have beaches in spots on the west coast that are really hot but overall it doesn't stay hot enough to compete. The closest place you are going to see hot babes in bikinis in world famous Malibu is Zuma, the last public beach before you get to Malibu!
Miami is one big adult playground! The clubs are hot, the women are exotic & half naked, & honestly I don't think they even let ugly people over the Biscayne bay bridge to come into South Beach! Quality Control!I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

I hit Zuma, Malibu and Venice beaches when I was in So Cal. Sorry, none of them (or all 3 combined) could compare to Grand Beach which is 1 hour north of Winnipeg, for babes or sand quality. Not even close. Don't believe me? Hey, believe what you want, but I know.

I really want to know how you found yourself in Arizona?
I know it's nice and quiet but you could have moved to Malibu, Westchester, NY, or a ton of other places whare you could get some peace & quiet but still be 5 minutes away from what you need business-wise. Obviously NY & L.A. are most important to your future biz plans since I can tell that you will be on TV a lot more in the future.
