Anyone have contact info for someone @ Epassporte that gets things done?

Its amazing I've spoken to 3 people at Epassporte and have gotten 3 different answers, all conflicting. A few weeks ago I tried to transfer money from my epass acount to my bank account and now the money is in never never land. My bank has no record of any transaction from them. One person from epass says the money has been posted to my bank account back on the 2nd. Another said it will be posted by the end of the day on the 7th and another says I need to wait another 7 to 10 days. Epass gives me a tracking number for my bank. Meanwhile my bank has investigated the problem and is telling me it was a foul up on epasses end. So I just speak to another manager, he tells me my bank has screwed up. When I ask why Im getting 3 different answers from Epass he has no answer and says he cant access my support history so he cant answer. He takes my number and tells me he'll have yet another person contact me.

What do I do? Neither epass or my bank will take credit for an error and both are pointing the finger at the other. Anyone else dealt with a similar situation, how did you resolve it?

Lost wires or withdrawals are a pain

If you get the tracking codes, any bank can trace it. Its prolly sitting at some intermediary bank with the wrong codes attached so noone knows where it needs to go.

Make sure you get a copy of the wire etc send and have Epass solve it. Receiving bank can NEVER claim funds that arent properly send.
