I run a webcam archiving site, I had this program linked for a week on my front page (where most of the SE and bookmarker traffic lands) and didn't make a cent.

yeah you have applet errors, the HTML looks fucked up + you put the girls in popup windows so the links don't work if you have popups turned off -- you need to do a LOT more work on it.
