                              watch out, epass has been known to shut down not only you, but the person who gave you the gift account if they think someone totally unrelated is having suspicious activity

                                      yes, absolutely - we will put a hold on your account if it's associated with suspected fraud so that no one can take your money out of your account. if we didn't and someone fraudulently accessed your account they could drain it of its funds.

                                      we prefer to put a temporary freeze on your account to investigate so that no one can take that money out. i understand it is frustrating that your account may be frozen even though you've done nothing wrong, but i hope you can understand that we do it to protect you and your money in your ePassporte account.
