    Sorry if this was already posted, and lets try not to turn this into a debate about Israel vs HizbAllah.

    I just found it amazing how widespread the destruction is, and that I haven't seen this shots in the media.

                                                                                                                                              One of the things that people don't seem to get or understand is that "this side" is playing by the rules of war... you don't bomb civilians, you don't don't make random attacks, etc.

                                                                                                                                              The terrorist types have no qualms about using those "rules" to their advantage. They hide amoungst the civilians, they don't put on uniforms, they don't form up units or military groups. They are chickenshits to the Nth degree.

                                                                                                                                              When you go after terrorists, innocent (and not so innocent) civilians will get killed. Many of them are either giving support or hiding spaces to these people, and as a result, they become the enemy.

                                                                                                                                              Because the membership of Hezbollah isn't exactly the same as someone with military dogtags on them, I wouldn't be surprised if many of the so called cilivian deaths in lebanon haven't been their members and their families getting wiped out by accurate and correct attacks, which are then politically spun by hezbollah into being cruel attacks but Isreal.

No one is gonna read watch and news if they gonna talk about bunkers and rocket launchers getting taken out. Thats boring news, but news of people getting killed in exciting from the news media world perspective. You see what i mean ?

                                                                                                                                                          Israel is simply doing what UN, and Lebanon military cannot do themselves. UN cant enforce its own resolutions, they have no muscle, no army. Israel is doing UN's dirty work.

For example; when I saw the images above I was actually a little relieved that the damage wasn't as bad as I had thought it might be. I was expecting it to be worse.
