Need advice on how to do a streaming broadcast for sitemembers only - GoFuckYourself.com

Fellow webmasters,

I wonder if anyone has any good advice for me?

I want to start doing a regular Live Dungeon Webcam show (with chat) for my site members. We have around 2,000 members, but realistically only 100-200 would be logging in at a time.

So far, I have found 2 options:

1) I could use webcam XP and broadcast out over my cable modem. But I don't think this is going to work. I don't think there will be enough bandwidth.

2) My hosting company has a service for $400setup, $100/mth where I send them a stream and they do the broadcast. This seems like a reasonable option.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Or does anyone on the board want to spam/advertise to me about their service for doing this?

Bumping this up... I still haven't figured out the best way to do this yet.

Where are you, hosting companies? Don't any of you offer a competitive service for streaming broadcasts?
