    How do you keep your laptop virus-free?

    I got a new laptop and am using it now to do my work and the pages load up really fast.
    On my desktop they load up slow and I think its probably bogged down with adware and crap.
    But I run adware protection software and spybot and have Norton.
    what do you guys do to keep your computers free of virises?

              Norton sucks. AVG works pretty well.

                  Your Laptop may have a different processor than your Laptop.

                  Maybe there is no spyware or adware on your machine

                              i don't use any virus spyware anything.... what i do is only visit sites that i know are clean, this means i don't download music, surf for software crackz, i don't install any software such as quicktime, aol, real, no poker shit, nothing.....

                                                      Regardless of why macs are more secure. It's so so nice to run an OS and not have to worry about virus's, spyware, adware and whatever else is common place in the Windows world.
