    I couldnt find the "99.9% downtime" promise last time I checked so they might be up again in a couple of weeks

              The problem is that the CTC Click Pic Program is that it's too big for CTC. It can't keep up with it. Older data and inactive webmasters are being purged by CTC right now, that's why stats are off, but it may be inevitable that we will have to switch off it. If we do, we plan on making it so webmasters do not have to change links.

                      Here's a question that's been running through my mind. IF you have to jump over to another click counter, what's gonna happen to referred webmasters ??? Are all of the people that I referred gonna be lost or would they be transfered over under me or will they be lost ?
