I just got finished watching Blow again for like the 5th time. I love this movie. I thought it was interesting and entertaining.

I really got into it.

I don't use drugs and condem anyone who smuggles and sells it, but as a story it was very powerful, considering it is a true life story.

What a life.

It just makes you think how some people lifes are just that bit better than yours.

VERY interesting thread considering i just got done talking about the movie with a friend.

one of my fav all time top 10 movies, no doubt.

no shit! blow is one of the best movies, ever.

up there with goodfellas, casino, bronx tale, mobsters, terminator 2, the godfather and all the other classics.

That was one of the greatest movies Ive ever seen. Was at the video shop the other day with the gf and I thought about getting it out again. Im sure I will in the future. to blow

Blow is definitely a hit movie and a classic. Only few other movies come close...

The think that I liked was how it actually is a very sad sorry about a man fall from power and into virtual insanity caused by rejection. If you watched the DVD who would see the interviews with him. I thought how the contrast between him and Pablo Escobar, the high life then the capture were provoking yet stimulating. For all his money and power he then realised what he really wanted and what is more important than that is family and the need to feel loved.

the movie is awsome even if it is different from the book george jung wrote about his own life. check out his book and get read some of the differences the movie made to make it more dramatic. too bad the guy got caught, i give props to any one that can make the money he did slangin coke.

I guess I need to rewatch it.. I didnt like it . I thought it was boring and way too long but I guess I was expecting more of a Scarface type of movie.

Blow was an awesome movie, Johnny Depp is one of my favorite actors out there as I respect all the different characters he portrays in his movies. This movie did slow down a bit at the end but it is true story. Paul Reubens (Peewee) was awesome, I hope to see him in more films.

For anyone that enjoyed this movie with Johnny Depp, I'd strongly recommend you rent Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro .. it is one *&#*$&-up trip movie

Watched it a few months back, like it a lot.

I kept thinking after, if he had only diversified his banking habits...... instead of putting all 60 million in ONE foreign bank, he should have plunked some of that loot down in the Caymen Islands, and some of it in a Swiss bank. If he did that it would have saved him a ton of headaches.

It was good that he got rid of that money-grubbing self-serving bitch of a wife he had, but 60-huge is a fuggin lot to lose in order to get rid of a wife. Cripes. The chick that played the wife did a smashing job of playing the coke bitch.

Lastly, it's nature of the beast for criminals to screw each other over to save their own sorry asses.... Even so-called friends. Cops love it when crooks rat out each other.

I had a tear in my eye at the end of that movie. Dude tries to give up the life and gets fucked!

Best part is when he said "if you purchased cocain between 1980 and 1986 there was a 90% chance it came from me"

The best movie about networking I have ever seen!

This movie falls into my favorite sales movies, Boiler Room, Wall St etc... I watch these movies over and over again.

Blow has to be one of my top 5 movies of all time! Im not gonna even front, I caught a tear at the end when he was hallucinating about his daughter. That really fucked me up. And Im young black and thuggin, but "Blinded by the Light" by Manfred Mann is my SHIT now!

Donnie Darko was pretty good... although Drew Berrymore was pointless in it. And uhh whats his name as a child molestor was pretty funny.

I saw it a few weeks ago, damn good flick. As some others, the end part with the daughter in prison fucked me up. It also makes me pissed off that she hasn't gone to see him when it was so obvious how much he loved her.

Oh, and I've said this before, and I say it again, Penelope Cruz is fucking hot, even as a coke bitch!
