If you try to sue in Canada, you have to prove actual financial damages. Canada's legal system doesn't like to get cluttered with petty (i.e. small) or trivial lawsuits or those just seeking to right a wrong. If you have a good lawyer, he'll tell you the same thing.

And from what you've posted initially, it doesn't look like you've suffered immensely in the wallet. It almost certainly won't be worth the time or effort of anyone involved, incl. the courts.

Yeah, maybe if this was the first problem I have had with ePass, I might have. But this is hardly the first. I used to have a list of the threads somewhere.
