Commercial insurance in Canada?!?
Can somebody help me out, moving out of a home office this week into a commercial building and having a hell of a time finding an insurer. Most don't want to deal with anything web related. I imagine lots of you have gone through this before, any advise or info would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

You're right about the web related thing, they hear that and don't like it one bit. What type of insurance are you looking for, business interruption, liability, etc. etc...?

Try Luc Bellefeuille from Rosaire Wilson Assurance Inc. I use to deal with him for my commercial liability insurance although it was not web related.

Also looking for something like this. What i've been told so far suggests that they are indeed very hesitant about anything web related; very little precedents.
It would appear as though it requires a policy that covers against 'errors and ommisions' - slander and liable type stuff. This is similar insurance as to what doctors and lawyers use. All in all it's very complicated and very expensive - especially for one involved primarily with affiliate marketing. Any more advice out there? |
