Send a WIPO at him or just send him a quick email saying you are going to sue him for copyright infringement. The only thing that isn't in your favour... copyrights don't exactly fall in your favour when it comes to porn.

In all seriousness, this guys has other typo squat names, which means he's probably got a simple metric: he'll sell for whatever it's worth to him in your traffic. He knows you're not likely to sue as it costs about $1500 to launch a WIPO against him + your lawyer's time.

It really comes down to how much traffic you think he's leeching from you. Personally I would offer him $300 or ask him to become an affiliate.
