What are the best websites that do criminal background checks??
If possible, I'd like one that did criminal/employment/credit search on a person.. Anyone know of any good ones? Thanks in advance!

Try BackgroundChecks.com you have to know a lot of information before hand. The person might have commited a felony in a different state or municipality then they are currently in which means you have to do the check in all those previous addresses. It helps to have the SSN. Even then you can't rule out 100% that the person doesn't have a criminal history.
