A cam sponsor that can exercise some control over there talent and train them not to sleep would definitely have and edge over the competition. Add a little sales training while your at it.

I suspect to much outsourcing to studios with girls from all over the world. Cheaper for sure. Ya get what you pay for. Been very disappointed with some of the talent I've seen from what I thought were premier cam sponsors over the last year.

Call me clueless as I thought some put a ton of effort in managing talent.

It is why I now recommend people who are looking to promote a webcam site to check it out for themselves. Most sponsors I ran across were more than happy to give me $30-$50 in test money to check out their site.

The best girls I found were on Webcams.com. They seemed really happy to see you and had some mad skills at getting you into private chat. I would imagine they'd do well on Revshare.

Hate to pile on Cams.com, but they were the worst. Most of the girls that were there and not asleep looked annoyed to be there. It may be why their free to paid ratios are so bad.

it happens at all of them and i dont know how you can say one is better when half of them are the same girls from site to site. pile on cams, at least there the cams are on, half the time i go to check out a girl on another site and they dont even have the camera on.

You can test on the teaser chat. There you would expect the sales pitch to be the best. If revshare is involved, nothing wrong with testing on your own nickel before or after you join the affiliate program. Read the TOS first to be sure I guess.

No, the real reason is that many of these girls are in Eastern Europe and when the North American customers log in at night, it's 4am in the morning over there. Plus, many of these girls work or go to school in the day.
