My advise is that You "tailor" Your own set of PA's instead of going by what others say.. Things work out differently for different people

Do Your research first (traffic levels etc.) and maybe begin with building a stable revenue-base, with many smaller but reliable sites...
Then "climb up" to the bigger ones when You're getting experienced, in many senses.

Obviously no one with any common sense would tell you what PAs are worth while getting depending on what niche... you have to found it out by yourself.

A huge plus with PA's is that they are cheap, you can buy a bunch of them to "test" whitch one works best for you. After a month or two you will notice what accounts works and what dont, drop the ones that dont.
