When i've worked for lets say 15 hours in a row, i have the feeling that my head is hovering..... And i dont feel my body anymore....

Is THIS the sign to stop working ?!?

The reason for that is the blood isnt flowing to your brain. The best way to fix this is turn your monitor upside down, and stand on your head. This way you can continue working.
