Peter Jacksons next movie..

After the success of lord or the rings Peter Jackson has been a very popular producer.. He's currently producing the film The Lovely Bones (2007), and Halo (2008). I am looking forward to both of these movies BUT not as much as another film he's planning on producing..

"There and back again - a hobbits tale by Bilbo Baggins"

I cannot find any facts about this movie what so ever.. all I know is that he's planning on doing it in the future.. anyone got more info?

I've read the book and I think this will be a phenomenal movie.. the best since lord of the rings! Can't wait.. !

btw: Peter Jackson was the one who directed Bad Taste in 1987.. his first film.. a classic!!

very appropriate review of "Meet the Feebles":

This is like the muppets on acid. I think the average person would not enjoy this movie. I found it odd and did not enjoy it.

I am a fan of peter jackson and I did like dead alive.

The puppets are well done and the music is appropriate. Maybe this is much funnier if you are under the influence of something...

You're talking about "The Hobbit."

Two studios own the rights to it, one to the making of the picture and one owns the distribution rights. The hold up is that both are being greedy, and they can't come to an agreement on percentages. Obviously, they are digging their heels in because they feel "The Hobbit" would be one of the biggest movies ever, another worldwide take of a billion bucks. So its stuck in the mud.

btw, is the book named "the hobbit" ? I always thought it was named "there and back again - a hobbits tale" or just "a hobbits tale"
