Is name is Rob Couts, he's in Toronto and runs a private studio. You can check out some of his work at www.bobbyfive.com. Rob as been tattooing for 9 years and studied art in college. He's also a good friend (guess you become good friends after all this 1 on 1 time in the studio and many Guinesse after the tattoo sessions.

When I was in the Air Force, I worked with a guy in the Navy with the last name Swallows...His rank was E-2 which in the Navy is a Seaman...his proper rank and name was "Seaman Swallows"...true story:Oh crap
