AFF Stats - 2004 and Now

Business thread here.

I just finished looking over my stats at AFF.

In 2004 I was making approx. $0.10 - $0.17 cents per click with thier revshare option.

So far in 2006, with the same traffic sources etc.., I am making only $0.02 - $0.04 cents per click.

I asked a few others and they all said that thier ratios have come down somewhat since then. AFF is still my best program (even with that drop) and I'm not trying to knock it, just trying to improve the bottom line.

Has anyone else noticed a general decrease in thier AFF CTR over the years?

If so, to what do you attribute it to?

My guess is that perhaps AFF is so well known and surfers have seen it so MANY times because everyone is promoting them. But it's just a guess.

over over over over over saturated...

Plus spam has taken over the place, we signed up to find out whats going on, and EVERY profile is such easy to spot spam, I cant blame my surfers for jumping ship. But then again nobody at AFF seems to care.

I've lost almost every rebill I've had and while I'm still getting free signups, nobody is pulling out their CC# anymore
