if you dont have the money to pay then dont play.

everytime i gamble i make sure i only play a certain amount at a time. once i lose it, i am done for X amount of time, but if i win, i keep double my original money and then play with whats left. this is why i am always comped in vegas because of my blackjack play.

good luck bro:pimp

deposit $500 and you should only play NL $25 max buy in. This way you can even up bad luck and you can lose your deposit 20 times. If you do that then you know you are not a winning player.

Play 4 tables at this limit until your account hit $1k and then step up to NL $50 and so on.

On partypoker a little over 7% are winning in the long run. They play with a buffer of 20 buy ins at least.

So do it properly or don't do it at all madawgz.

i know, you told me thats what i should do before, i just cant play the small limits because those guys call with anything :\ i cant stand it

anywho, i can see there is no money in poker for me

thats a good way to play by, but i simply cant do that, if i double or triple up, i might cashout my doubled money...but its still pending

then i keep playing with the remaining funds, lose that, then release the pending cashout, and poof all my money's gone :Oh crap

i wish i could have the control your talking about

Dude, don't beat yourself too hard on it. It happens to everybody...just find another addiction, less dangerous, and you'll get over gambling, which is one that has potential to destroy your life. Nobody is a saint, don't forget this...

I find this interesting. I have also experienced the same winning and losing pattern on partypoker. Right after depositing funds I can double or triple it within an hour and then after that its like its almost impossible to win. I've often wondered if partypoker does this on purpose. I've seen hands come out on pp that really makes ya wonder. Yesterday was a good example, I pulled a full house 3 different times within a half hour on a 6 player table and lost all 3 times. Since the odds of hitting a full house at any given time are 1 in 694 and the average hands played in an hour are 100 its not likely to happen. Then to lose all 3 on top of it? What better way to make someone lose fast than to give them an appearance of a winning hand. I know the blackjack on pp isnt on the up and up so it wouldnt surprise me at all if they had some wierd shit going on with the poker hands.

Please forget that theory my friend. you are wrong.
my roommate played 50k hands (9 tables sim. NL $3/6) analyzed it in PokerTracker and it adds up. it veries because poker is a gamble. you just have to realize this.
