What file size/movie length have you found your customers like the best? In wmv format a 30 second clip is around 3 mb at 640x480 mpeg 4. I think 30 seconds is too short of a clip. So what do your customers think is a good size .... 2 min... 5 min.. 30 min??

5mb at the minimum and 20mb at the maximum

Lets say you have a video that is a total of 20 minutes. I would offer it in 5 clips of 4 minutes each. Anything more than 5 clips is annoying.
