Its good for remote assistance through firewalls and routers, password , encryption to remote hardware....but doing alot of computer techie work im really not happy with any Symantec program as they have had many issues in the past

I gotta tell you, I'm using it for basically the same reason you are (I assume)and I tried all of them, logmein.com seems to be the easiest to set up, never fails, never locks up, no problems at all. And fast too.

That's what I was gonna say. Remote desktop gives you full control over everything and you don't need any extra software. PCAnywhere was a good program back before windows had it's own stuff, but now it's just overhead and one more security risk.Originally posted by VegasLarryComment
