can someone help me understand this ad please? (i tried to look it up online but with no luck)

Formal DR w/BICC
BIBB

rec-rm w/massive NFP

i know that the FP in 'NFP' stands for fireplace and i think that BICC means Built In Cedar Cabnits?? but the rest im kinda lost on.

I second that. Been a real estate broker for years and those are not standard acronyms so don't feel bad. The person who wrote that ad's an idiot!
