Linklist and TGP owners, question...

Are these kind of links to the paysite generally accepted on galleries or freesites?...

mysite.com/go/paysite123/

This way I can control that link from an admin panel. Does it matter?

do you mean a landing page linked from your gallery...with links on it to paysites?

No. Instead of linking to a paysite on my gallery like this:

paysite.com/?affid=123456

I would link to it like this:

mysite.com/go/paysite123/

The second way would be a script on my server that I use to redirect to the paysite URL that I configure in my admin panel.

Thanks for the info. As a note, my site wouldn't redirect to a different URL, I would simply be filtering clicks through my script instead of linking directly to the sponsor.

Click tracking, promo links ($50 Fridays), closed paysites, paysites switching links, campaign tracking, etc. Just a way for me to manage all the links across my network of sites without having to change them individually (if I ever even needed to).

Still no go?

you wouldnt get past the review 'bot on my script...i need to know where the outgoing links are going and those destinations have to be consistent for the life of the gallery.
