CHATSWORTH, Calif. -
FBI agents are currently visiting the offices of Diabolic Video here checking their records in accordance with the 2257 statute, according to Diabolic owner Greg Allan.
?The agent said there are 10 companies on their list and we were the first, but Diabolic, not Anabolic,? Allan said.
This is the first time an adult company was visited to verify compliance with the record keeping requirements of 18USC~2257.
?They?ve been very nice and professional and are just doing their jobs,? Allan said. ?I?m passing with flying colors. They?re still here but midway through, I know we have everything.
?I?ve dedicated a lot of time and money to this so I think I?ve taken it more seriously than a lot of people,? Allan explained. ?It?s never a comfortable feeling when the FBI is downstairs, wanting to talk, but again, they?ve been really nice about it.?
Allan said the FBI did not disclose who the other nine names were on the list.
