SapphicCash, a leading adult entertainment company, is looking to hire a full time Software Development Manager/Software Architect to join its global team of more than 50 full time staff in 6 countries.

We are seeking a self motivated individual who is excited by utilizing the latest in technologies to deliver an improved customer experience and a cost efficient streamlining and automation of business processes.

This position will offer the ability to work across a wide range of systems including content management, billing, customer service, work flow, document management and image and video manipulation.

In order to find the right candidate this positions location is flexible with options to work remotely or in either our Czech Republic or Los Angeles offices.

Responsibilities will include:

• Translate business requirements into software development specifications
• Manage the software development process utilizing in house and contract programmers
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party suppliers on change and enhancement requests for their software and integration with our in house systems

In order to be successful in the position you will require:

• substantial commercial software development experience
• experience managing a software development team, preferably in a diverse multi country environment
• a keen desire to improve business operations and profitability through the effective use of technology
• an ability to communicate with non technical employees and understand their functional requirements
• experience with a wide range of technologies and systems with a focus on internet development in a linux/php/mysql environment
• an ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision
