When I read a book...

I forget everything that I read the following week

same thing with studying

same thing with people I chat with

I can't seem to remember anything!

I think I'm gonna restart reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Good Business simply because I forgot what they spoke about.

and i am afraid of reading new stuff because of the fact that I will soon forget them too.

I'm tired of living for the moment only, I want to live for my future too!

any one of you guys have this problem too? any way to improve it?
I started taking some Ginseng and I heard that helps with the memory

The problem is that you don't really pay atention when you do those things, and you are thinking in other things. You need more concentration.

Good luck.

Ginseng normally helps with Energy. Gingko biloba is for memory and comprehension. Here's more info on gingko:http://www.primary.net/~gic/herb/Ginko.htm

Don't push yourself in finishing the book. Better if you read it everyday, chapter by chapter for you not to forget it.
