I'm thinking L.A. as in Los Angeles but you never know. That was an honestly legit question. I have friends/family in Louisiana so I could help you out if you're in the bayou.

some parts of LA you can get Verizon FIOS, 30 mbit down / 5 mbit up for 199$

Get Verizon FiOS if they have it available in your area. Fiber Optics and faster than shit, I am at 15Mbps/2Mbps for only $44.95 a month.
