How do I know if I have CRON installed on my server?

I trying to setup a cron job for some script on the server, but I have no idea how to do that. So the good idea would be to first find out if I have cron installed on the server. How do I see that?

If this is a unix box, use the terminal.

find where it is:
$>which cron

$>locate cron

info on how to use it:
$>man cron

if you're hungry:

$>man which
