about to start company, what contracts would I need?
About to start a new company that will develop cutting edge mainstream sites.
I've got the ideas, the 2 other guys are the programmers. I have them sign a ND, but that only stops them from telling others about the projects right? What contract would I need to stop them from developing the sites themselves? |
