We have created a plan together with Karups over the past two days with no bullshit, no attitude, no ego. It was simple and he's NOT a ball dropper. If he can't do it himself, he gets it done and know who within the team is free and capable. I've known about this for a while and am honestly relieved. CE isn't dead. It just needs Ron. And it needs some work and some care and reorganization. It'll be on top again I have no doubt
