                Did they give you the Ice Man? What an amazing machine, that really helped...

                Sounds like they gave you the same speech, too - "No big deal, you'll be off the crutches walking around like your old self in two weeks."

                    haha yes, it is obvious this recovery will be tough. I got that ice machine, it is pretty nice man. It helps a lot.

                                Hey brotha ... you know I'm pullin for ya. I blew out my shoulder and had tears all over and it was by far the worst pain. The thing that sucks is that it lasts for months. It took almost 6 months to start feeling better.

                                Stay strong, stay positive and keep the Percocet coming for awile. It really is the only thing that will help you get some sleep at night.

                                I'm prayin for a full recovery and I have a feeling you might bring your A game to Phoenix this next round. I want to be on your team

                                    I'm sorry to hear that Cory...it must be tough for Erm being couped up in the apartment all the time, waiting on you hand and foot, day and night.
