I?ve been employing a gentleman (goes here by demented) for the last year as affiliate and customer service support, gallery submitter, and general help for the program. I hired him from Erowebmasters where he was a production specialist. In other words, he is not a newbie. He understands the business well. But as my program grows and tasks are being automated I do not need his services any longer.
