I suppose you can always lease it for a month to try it out, then buy it. Would be the smartest thing to do, if you were unsure.

Yep, the lease price is per month. It's great for new webmasters just starting out, and a cheap way for veteran webmasters to decide if the script is right for them before they purchase it in full.
