my ONLY beef with the xbiz show.....

well, besides dwreck (powder) hitting on me non stop

friday morning the champagne breakfast was supposed to be until 1pm, so we roll down about 12.35pm to get some eats and network. search all over for a plate to eat off of or a glass to pour a warm soda into but can't find either. finally find some big ass bowl plate and hop in line to get food. the servers or whoever told me i couldn't use that plate, and they take it,whatever. they then walk over to the chefs cooking food for people in line and tell them to drop anything in their hands and walk away, so they do. WTF

by now the time was 12:40, and no food unless i jumped in for the chefs but i'm pretty sure the servers' heads would of exploded. all this with 20 mins left til it was supposed to end. is simon's like the bar on my corner that sets the clock 15 mins fast (aka- bar time)

kinda sucked.. they should of atleast served the people in line that they were preparing food for.

I can resist everything except temptation

the show was awesome otherwise, i was more pissed they told the cooks to drop their skillets full of food for the people waiting in line more than anything, that was pretty crappy for the people who were waiting

The hotel workers acted like we farted in their moms' mouths. I saw a guy getting served food and they took the food from his plate, literally. I had to hijack a plate and silverware, then they yelled at me. I was laughing the whole time at how absurd the situation was.

Great seeing you Tony BTW. I think that was both of ours' most mellow Vegas trip ever.

I noticed how quick they were taking plates away from people too actually, I had to tell them one time that the person was not done and to leave the plate.

I ate at Pink Taco on Thursday night, got sick actually... kinda sucked...

Yeah, I think every morning was probably like that then.. Vanilla, Stewie and I went down to breakfast at 1:40pm on Thursday (when it was supposed to end at 2) and there were no glasses, and they weren't bringing out anything else (tortillas for the tacos, etc.) unless you begged for it. Vanilla and I stole wine glasses to drink our warm soda out of, and at 1:59 on the dot the servers started breaking down the buffett tables and carrying things back to the kitchen. I guess they wanted to get ready to start serving the rest of the hotel crowd ASAP, which is understandable. Why do they need to deliver great service, they had already been paid?

helmy, you guys did a great job... could not of gone smoother, no complaints to the xbiz crew, just the staff at simons. this was my 2nd fave show so far next to phx. the location was great, and events were well planned

Sounds more like it was the hotels issue not Xbiz. We only had minor issues with the hotel and that was the front desk and bell service. As far as the actual show goes... It was fantabulous, and cant wait to do it again.
