    ANYwebcam - job opening

    Looking for a junior webmaster to join the ANYwebcam.com team, full time position based in the Melbourne (Australia) office. Would be perfact for someone who is just starting in the industry with basic level technical skills (PHP a must), we have loads of projects we want this person to take control of and whilst we are happy to train and educate we dont want to micro-manage.

    - design knowledge and skills a massive bonus.

    NOTE - successful applicant will be required to work full time in the office, this position is unable to be filled by a remote employee.

                      sorry i had to laugh, i have gone through that many people here in melbourne and they are completley crap.

                      Good luck with finding someone in melbourne, they all think that that they are fortune 500 webmasters.

                          Noooooo!!!!! dont tell me that.... I have faith in the Melbournians, there has got to be at least one out there. So of the many that you have gone through there isnt anyone you would recommend?

                                      i wish, i still concider myself a HUGE n00b in the adult world... if i was confident with myself and had those skills, i would die to live in australia and do that... good luck on finding someone though

                                                                  We have a team of inhouse guys here and it took forever to find the right people. Half of this city has been burned by this industry in some way or another it seems.

                                                                  Outsourcing can work so long as you stay away from one of the continents

                                                                      Outsourcing is the way to go, most of the people i work with are from america and thats the way i prefer it.
