GOD DAMN SOMSBITCH!

I was in traffic on the downside of a small hill, listening to Cher cuz I'm gay like that, when BUMP. I look back there's some piece of shit old crap rusted bucket of a car having tailpipe sex with my Maxima!

All he spoke was Mexican Accent Crap but apparently his breaks are bad. Move the car forward a little and his rolls right back into mine I'm like PUT YOUR PARKING BREAK ON.

He starts rambling more Mexican Accent Crap.

Sucks it happened to you, but the same think happened to me and it favored me.

I was going down the PCH here in the west coast and was looking at the ocean. The car in front of me stopped suddenly and i rear ended him.
My front bumper was a bit damaged and his whole rear end was smashed.

He chose not to take my insurance info or get the police involved because he was not legal and didnt want to have problems.

I told him that i understand and we should go our seperate ways.

Was he taking into custody? I thought if you dont have DL and insurance you can get handcuffed on the spot. Plus as far as I know cops have the right to check your immigration status from now on and if you reside illegal in the country they can pass you to ins custody and get you deported later on, but im not sure if the bill has passed.
