first spewie now this, domain hijacking - GoFuckYourself.com

i remember a week or 2 back, someone hijacked 2 of spewies domains, and also gimmesex.org was hijacked, that site has been around for years.

what can stop this from happening to you.

obviously people who are doing it are gonna make some cash from a domain sponsor.

and what are the chances of getting the name back.

hereistheporn.net and assfilled.biz are the new domains

since .com was hijacked, same with gimmesex.biz took its place.

Ralph finally got his domains back. hereistheporn.com is being prepared to be put back online sometime this week. He has some of it online already.

But I agree it really sucks. I guess if it wasn't for a lot of hard work from Ralph and also some help from his trades his sites would be pretty much dead.

Uhm, when they login to your account, they can uncheck this option, and voila....

I am VERY curious if they found out HOW the domains were stolen...

Directnic has some good security same with moniker.. Directnic can force you to call and fax stuff in before they even unlock a domain for transfer.

From what I understand, the "hack" begins with hotmail. If you have a hotmail account listed as your domain admin contact, be very careful.

Somehow, this guy is able to hack hotmail accounts. He then requests directnic to send the password and username to email through the lost password service. Kind of crazy it will send both username AND password from the email, but it does.

After retrieving the username and password for directnic from the hotmail account, he can log in and unlock the domains. Transfer is initiated and accepted because he has the email account still. Voila, domain hijacked.
