Beautiful, smart, on her way to college: DEAD.

Just got a call a few minutes ago. One of my best friends lost her 18 year old sister last night in a fucking drunk driving accident. Crossed the center line, smacked head on into a truck. The two girls with her, one of whom was driving; are both in intensive care and ones not expected to make it.

Completely senseless. What are people thinking?

lost one of my best friends in 2003 to drunk driving... it's really fucked up... cause we were all out of control then and doing crazy stupid shit every weekend... and then that happened and it was a very big wakeup...

to this day his mom is still like a walking ghost... she was a single mom and also has MS... so you can only imagine what shes going through

don't drink and drive.... im no saint either... i've done it before a lot too... but i stopped when this happened... sucks that it sometimes takes something like that to get you to smarten up

Lost 3 good friends to drunk driving. I graduated a year before they did. They got all fucked up one night in a sportscar and decided to run from the cops drunk as hell. Smacked an old oak tree doing about 125. Not pretty and quite dumb to say the very least.

My condolences to her family also. Hard thing to have to deal with for sure.

but it happens every day, yday I went for fries and this guy sat there waiting having 4-5 beers puttin his 2 daughters in the frontseat no belt and drove off

happens all the time at that place, its just across the border in Belgium, alcohol laws are less strict there, theyre used to drinking and driving. Noone cares. Its fucked up.

I've lost 2 good friends to drunk driving now... one at fault, the other a bystander. Hurts on both sides of the table.

friend of mind from high school went through the same deal...on the parkway out here in a limo returning from a wedding drunk driver wrong way on parkway head on collision killed his 4-5 year old daughter broke both his legs and multiple other injuries...worst thing that could ever happen

people should not drive drunk take a fucking cab

That's a lot of lives going to waste. In sweden we have 150 death cases
every year thanks to drunk drivers.

USA is a very very sick country.. in some ways.

Still, very sad news.
