if you implement the idea and market it just as you would a normal site I will completely refund your money if the site is not in the top 20 adult sites within 8 months

I would recover the domain name and you would get your money back

If I were to go for it myself and lauch it myself it would only result in 1000 knock offs over night from programs with much more marketing power and visibility
