Don't pluck it, cut it. Hair is like grass. If you pluck it more will grow. I learned this from the transgender community. They are really into avoiding hair growth.
Lasers don't work except on really dark hair and then it is a maybe. Waxing causes more growth. The only answer is electrolysis. I know way more about it than I ever intended. |
