i am constantly fighting lower back pain from playing hockey. i need to do whatever i can to fix my back for the upcoming season. im thinking about going to a chiropractor, maybe there is something they can do? does that shit actually work?

YES....I never put much stock in them til my wife made me go for the same reason. He took an Xray and was able to say exactly how I sit at my desk, how my computer is positioned and how to change so it would stop.

Then he cracked my back and neck so hard I was dizzy for hours. It was great. Now I try to go about twice a month.

chiropractor practice is a fraud , its just a long age hoax that causes more damage then what it cures , "cracking your back " is not a healthy thing to do ,short time it might cure , but in the long time it'll screw you up

don't be a fucking hater...

chiropractors are VERY good, i used to have to go weekly when i was in football... and still go alot, i have a problem with a rib always going out and overlapping my sternum, just by sneezing, so they fix it for me

but that got costly

That was my thought exactly, i got punched in the ribs (just under my arm pit) so hard that it did the same thing to my ribs. The hospital put an ace bandage on it and told me to take it easy, the chiropractor put me back down on a table and slammed those bitched back into place.

I hurt for three weeks up till the point that i saw that guy. he fixed it right away. I cant say I know anything about the back issues though
