Good websites are like realstate, they just increase their value, and yes ppl sell their realstate.
Why should i sell my added value realstate? because of many reasons i can name a few... got bored of it need the total money for a new project or emergency can make more money selling the realstate than holding it. Their primary goal was to sell the website.
