So please explain to me what swine ning/spam ming is? i've read the "rule" guidelines but i don't quite understand it..I mean every one thats posting their websites are actually spamming right?? i don't know if that's just me or not...please let me know ppls.

It's spam when the owners of the site don't want it.
Eg : On gfy you are allowed to a one time announcement. If you do it once a week, it will be spam. If you send me emails about your products when I never allowed you too, it's spam.
