Anything she says about your looks should be sliding off you like water on an oily slope. If you don't give her the time of day - she won't have the opportunity to do so. Also - for her to come out and say something of the sort you either were offensive in some other way or your conversations with your ex tend to go into a verbally abusive chat and she feels that she can deal with you the same way.

Other than discussing the kids (if you have any together) with either of them - they have no business emailing you, harrassing you or both of you girls acting like Paris & Lindsay in highschool.
