Bottom line is that SOS is now the one fucking over someone else.. i.e. He was supposed to have paid it back before July... Funny how the shoe is on the other foot now and yet he is STILL spouting off excuses and making things out to be the other guys fault... Just another kid that can't take repsonsibilty for his own actions.

nico-t 07-16-2006 06:42 PM

its so fucking sad to see a a person who scammed SOS mindlessly jumping on the threadsctarters dick in this thread to bash on SOS - justice the GFY way i guess :Oh crap

Why don't you shut the fuck up.. it's not my fault his bank rejected the wire

you want to see how urgently he wants his money?

i've set up escrow on the 13th.. and i've been trying to get a hold of him for 2-3 days now and look how he responds after the 3rd day of me trying to get a hold of him

sonofsam (07:18 PM) :
escrow contacted me
sonofsam (02:42 PM) :
yo
sonofsam (05:39 PM) :
how am i going to send your money when you wont reply to me?
Kevin (03:46 PM) :
shut the fuck up
Kevin (03:47 PM) :
i have a life you know
Kevin (03:47 PM) :
i dont have time to wait on your sorry ass

clearly he doesn't need it that urgently.. plus i am paying him interest on the days late even though it's his banks fault - not mine.. so i'm being MORE then fair.

escrow was set up on the 13th. the same day it hit my bank account

Try to get yourself a credit card that you can take cash advances on if you just need it for cash flow.

They might start you out at a lower limit, but once you use it monthly for a while, even for small purchases, (like hosting) they will usually up your limit without much hassle.

Sure beats taking loans from strangers.

You are making yourself look like an idiot here. I'm pretty sure I am younger than you, and I've had no problem getting loans in the past. All it takes it some money down; It's not hard.

First of all, I did not receive ANYTHING from escrow so get your facts straight. And secondly, it's the weekend and I was out of town. You don't need to go crying and saying I'm not answering your messages when it's the weekend. I apologize for having a live.

Obviously you're missing the whole point that even if the wire came through, IT WAS STILL LATE. Quit trying to place the blame on me.

Why don't you be a man instead of a whiny little boy and own up to your fuck ups. It's your fault you're late on paying him. A loan shark would be breaking your bones by now.

Regardless of any banking issue.. YOU'RE still late.. just like all the other people you've had touble with that had their problems and their stories and you didn't give a shit cause YOU were the one "wronged". Man up to it.

paterson3713 07-27-2006 09:52 AM

Update: He decided he wanted to do escrow this time around so I went with it. He started the escrow on July 13 and put the wrong amount so had to start a new one. The new one was created on July 16. It is now July 27 and the escrow is still "awaiting buyer payment".

I wonder if escrow bounced his wire back too.

Son of scam shows his true nature, a little whiny punk kid who throws a foolish little tantrum at the slightest comment against him.

That's all he has to come at me with is a joke site from back in the 90's. No other real argument, just fake nicks of his supporting him so people don't think he's the only 19 yr old puke on the board.

Son, deal with the facts instead of lame attempts at putting the focus on me or others. Or are you really that much of a wimp? God forbid you ever admit you made a mistake, kid.

Nailed it on point beautifully. Especially the first line of your post.

Brace yourself for more excuses from the kid.

Son of scam, do you really want me to "stfu"? I will if you will. You've made it a point to stick your nose into a thread or two of mine from time to time or posted under me in the odd thread making snotty little comments in the past. I'll gladly "stfu" where you're concerned if you'd only give your word and stick too it, and do some "shutting the fuck up" yourself where I'm concerned.

Your call, boy.

Usually, I've found, banks make a good faith effort to try and deliver the money, even if you make spelling or say address line mistakes. So unless the swift number was bad, or the account number simply didn't exist and so on, I'd be surprised to see a wire returned.

Many banks fill out the wire form by hand, and then enter in to the system, so it's possible a mistake was made in that process? :2 cents:

I have had tons of wires bounce from the states. Sometimes the bank account is not set up to accept foreign wires and will bounce it back with no reason and no notice. It happens all the time.

As I sit at the Denver airport on a layover....This thread once again grabs my attention.

LET IT BE KNOWN....

Kevin AKA "paterson3713" first contacted me back around the end of April or beginning of May. He's been considering offloading this debt for some time now. I've made him a generous offer which he accepted on the condition that SOS did not pay him the following day.

Since then, Kevin has ignored my follow up requests to close this deal. I then checked with another business associate of his and was told that Kevin and SOS managed to work it out.

Well...Looks like that was not the truth and it also appears that Kevin is not a man of his word since he is still in this position AFTER we had a deal.

Eventually this will end and it will probably end in a very public way. When that happens, I will gladly share more info with you about BOTH parties since neither of them can keep their words on business deals.

UNLESS.....Kevin sells me those domains. Then I would keep his name out of it as a professional courtesy.

BTW Kevin.......Since your word is not worth as much to me these days, my offer just dropped by $500.00

The ball is in your court but I have a feeling that you will continue to ignore me. Apparently my money is no good to you.

Getting a house loan or a car loan is easier then getting $5k cash loan.

Dre, those sites do it as a business. It's different than anyone just loaning a stranger a whack of cash over the net. I have never known such arrangements to end in anything but dispute and bad blood.

What about a $5k business loan?

When I was 18 I got a $2k loan from my bank, paid it off in 1 year. The excuses offered up to me earlier in this thread are pure ballwash.
