cash give cash it's always a winner. But you should have several prices so that more people win somthing, so that not just the large fish with massive traffic gets in. Maby some random winners drawn from a pool off webmasters that got more then 10-20-30 sales or somthing, in addition to the grand price. Just to make it more interesting for everyone
